    You do not need to be flexible, strong, or experienced to begin. You just need to show up.

    If you’re brand new, we recommend starting with Be Gentle, Be Restored, or a slower-paced Be In The Flow class. These classes allow space to learn, ask questions, and move at a comfortable pace.

    Yoga at Be Here is not about performance. It’s about awareness. You will be guided clearly, offered options, and encouraged to listen to your own body.

  • Bring:

    • A yoga mat (we do have a studio use mats available for you to borrow at zero charge)

    • Water

    • Comfortable clothing you can move in

    If it’s your first visit, arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can welcome you and help you get settled.

    Everything else you need, we provide.

  • We recommend pre-registering through our Be Here Yoga app to reserve your space.

    Drop-ins are welcome if space allows, but signing up ahead of time guarantees your spot and helps us prepare the room intentionally.

  • We ask that you cancel at least 1 hour before class if you cannot attend. This allows another student to take your place and honors your teacher’s preparation.

    Workshops and special events may have separate cancellation policies, which will be noted at registration.

    Life happens. If something unexpected comes up, simply communicate with us.

  • Please let your teacher know before class begins.

    Our instructors are trained to offer modifications and variations. You are always encouraged to move in a way that feels safe and supportive for your body.

    Yoga here is not about pushing. It is about paying attention.

  • Be Here Yoga was created as a space to slow down.

    Our class names reflect intention: Be Gentle. Be Flow. Be Restored. Be Strong. Each class carries a clear purpose.

    We emphasize nervous system regulation, breath awareness, and thoughtful sequencing. You will not find competitive energy here. You will find warmth, presence, and community.

    This is a studio where you can come as you are, on your strongest days and your most tender ones.
