Yoga Gives Back is a non-profit organization that empowers empoverished women and children in India by providing micro-loans & programs to support them towards a life they deserve.
This is an opportunity for us to Give Back to India who has given us the gift of Yoga.

BE Aware: Self Defense with Diana
In this fun, intuitive and rather easy self defense class, we will learn the escapes for most grabs, do some practices and review escapes from knife attacks and ground attacks. We'll learn about all the weapons we have at hand on our bodies, and we'll learn where we aim them on our attacker. We'll talk about our best weapon and the most effective way to stay safe.
Mostly, we laugh a lot. In this time of year where transitions are occurring, like middle school to high school, or high school to college, let's get together and empower each other.

Come spend time together, invite your friends! Light a candle. Reflect on all the things you have to be grateful for and dream of where you still wish to go.
Tiffany will lead you through gentle yoga movements followed by an intention candle light ceremony and a guided Winter Solstice meditation. Then you will be lulled into deep relaxation with the beautiful sounds of singing bowls and gongs. To close our celebration of the return of light we will toast with a champagne or sparkling apple cider! And yummy treats.

Sound Bath
Immerse yourself in this transformative sound bath, a meditative experience designed to promote deep relaxation, stress relief, and inner balance. We will start by connecting to our breath and move through a few gentle stretches. Then, we will lay down, get cozy, and listen to the soothing tones of singing bowls, gently preparing your body and mind for the deep resonance of the gong, which will be the primary instrument guiding your journey.
The gong has been used for thousands of years as a powerful tool for healing, meditation, and spiritual awakening. Originating in ancient Asia, gongs were traditionally played in ceremonies and therapeutic practices to restore harmony within the body and mind. In many cultures, the deep vibrations of the gong were believed to cleanse your energetic field, balance the chakras, and promote physical and emotional well-being. Today, this ancient practice continues to be revered for its ability to facilitate deep relaxation, expanded consciousness, and energetic alignment.

Right after our BE Silent Club, join us for lunch! This month we will be trying Southlake’s newest arrival, FLOWER CHILD. It opened this past April in the old Trufire space on the corner of Main Street and Central Avenue in Southlake.
Its menu offers bowls, wraps, salads, with veggies, grains, fruits and healthy proteins, offer “clean” eating with convenience. It‘s known for its bright and cheery atmosphere.

Honoring the Sacred Feminine
There is a deep well of wisdom that comes forth when we tap into the energy of the sacred feminine for guidance, healing and empowerment. Healing Sound Bath & Meditation
This relaxing and nourishing sound bath is just what you need! It’s what we ALL need. Taking time to step away from our busy lives and brains just for a moment can recalibrate the nervous system. And give you the energy you need to feel more balanced and connected to your life. Sound healing instruments such as koshi chimes, singing bowls and gongs provide unique tones that guide you into a meditative state. In this relaxed state we often receive clarity and release stored tension in the body. We also feel the vibrations from these instruments which is very soothing and helps us to be more present in our bodies. In this sound healing offering we will begin with intention setting, connecting to our breath and a few gentle stretches. Then everyone can get comfy and enjoy all the beautiful sounds. 2025 Vision Board Workshop
For many, the traditional January 1st goal-setting doesn’t feel right—it’s often cold, dark, and we’re still in recovery mode from the prior year’s efforts. Waiting until the air warms, the sun shines a bit more, and nature signals the start of a new growing season can create the perfect environment to set fresh intentions.
In this workshop, participants will establish New Year goals with the support of Tibetan healing sounds, qigong movements to inspire creativity, and dedicated time for journaling or sketching ideas for 2025. The session includes a 2025 calendar, a choice of a meditative crystal, and refreshments. Participants are welcome to bring their own journals or sketchbooks.
Three additional seasonal sessions will be offered throughout the year to reflect on progress, adjust goals, and renew focus, providing ongoing support and a community of shared encouragement. This series encourages reassessment, adjustments as needed, and the chance to build and share strategies for manifesting a fulfilling year.
