BE Ready Prenatal classes are a wonderful way support the many changes in the pregnant body. Create strength, focus, flexibility and awareness through meditation, breathing practices, and yoga movement. With sequences that create balance througout the entire body, learn how to strengthen, stretch and breathe while you settle into comfort and softness. Strengthen uterine muscles while improving circulation and digestion.
Prepare for your birth by learning how to make room in the pelvis for baby to navigate through, while settling into a relaxed state of being. This class is designed to prepare the birthing body for labor and childbirth.
This nurturing class offers you a community of other beautiful souls just like yourself, also experiencing pregnancy, while learning, growing and sharing wisdoms and experiences from one another.

Mark the turning of the season with a deeply nourishing Spring Equinox Sound Bath, a time-honored invitation to restore balance as day and night meet in equal measure. The spring equinox symbolizes renewal, growth, and harmony, making it a powerful moment to release what has grown heavy through winter and create space for clarity, intention, and new beginnings.
Immerse yourself in an intuitively guided meditation paired with the healing power of sound. The session begins with grounding breathwork, a short visualization meditation, and a few gentle stretches to invite the body into ease and the mind into stillness. From there, you will settle into rest as soothing tones of singing bowls guide you toward deeper relaxation, gradually preparing you for the resonant vibrations of the gong, the primary instrument of the journey.
The gong has been used for thousands of years as a tool for healing, meditation, and spiritual awakening. Rooted in ancient Asian traditions, its deep, layered vibrations were believed to cleanse the energetic field, balance the chakras, and restore harmony within the body and mind. In this modern-day ceremonial setting, the gong supports profound relaxation, stress relief, and expanded awareness, allowing tension to dissolve and balance to reemerge naturally.
Through this blend of meditation and sound, participants are supported in calming the nervous system, releasing stored stress, and reconnecting with a sense of inner equilibrium. You will also leave with simple, practical tools to help nurture and maintain energetic well-being beyond the session, carrying the grounded clarity of the equinox into your daily life.
Students are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and to bring extra blankets, pillows, or an eye shade to enhance comfort. Come ready to rest, reset, and align with the quiet momentum of spring.
Please arrive ten minutes early to set up your space. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. You may bring your own props, but we have plenty of blankets and bolsters to share.

Tiffany will lead you through gentle yoga movements followed by an intention candle light ceremony and a guided Winter Solstice meditation. Then you will be lulled into deep relaxation with the beautiful sounds of singing bowls and gongs. To close our celebration of the return of light we will toast with a champagne or sparkling apple cider! And yummy treats.

In this fun, intuitive and rather easy self defense class, we will learn the escapes for most grabs, do some practices and review escapes from knife attacks and ground attacks. We'll learn about all the weapons we have at hand on our bodies, and we'll learn where we aim them on our attacker. We'll talk about our best weapon and the most effective way to stay safe.
Mostly, we laugh a lot. In this time of year where transitions are occurring, like middle school to high school, or high school to college, let's get together and empower each other.
