Celebrate the spirit of our community with a gentle flow followed by a relaxing afternoon in the park.
We’ll kick things off at the studio with a soothing Gentle Yoga practice led by Pam at 10:00 AM. Once we’ve stretched and centered ourselves, we’ll head over to Bear Creek Park (Pavilion One) to keep the good vibes going from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
Whether you want to fire up the grill with your favorite staples or bring a signature dish to share, this is a time to enjoy great food and even better company. It’s a wonderful opportunity to slow down, catch up with friends, and soak in a relaxing spring afternoon together.
